Honiton u3a Group Leaders Buffet Lunch
It is at this time of the year that we invite all Honiton u3a Group Leaders to come together for a free Buffet Lunch. Group Leaders are the 'Life blood' of any u3a and this event gives the committee the opportunity to thank them for all there hard work. It is also a great chance for leaders new and old to get together and chat.
Honiton u3a Team win Inter u3a Quiz! At the recent Inter u3a Quiz hosted by Sidmouth u3a at the Stowford Community Centre - Honiton u3a were represented by two teams and we are delighted to report that one of our teams - the 'Honiton Hopefuls' were the 'Winners'. The team consisted of Dennis & Anna Jacobs, Karen Pitt and Karon Sturtivant. Also thanks to our second team - the 'Honiton Hotshots' for taking part. This means that next year Honiton u3a get to HOST the competition.
Photography Showcase: We have a BUTTON on our Website entitled SHOWCASE. Here you will find the most recent photographs submitted by our members for our monthly 'Photography Showcase'. December photos will be shown at our next general meeting at The Beehive . We now look forward to receiving photos for January 2026! (Closing date - 2nd February 2026).

POEM SHARING GROUP PRODUCES INDEX: When the Poem Sharing group meet, member, Kay Edge keeps a detailed note of all the poems chosen by the group for each session, which is then emailed to every member of the group as a record of what has been read. She has now compiled an INDEX of ALL the poems read since the group's inception in 2020 right up to the present day- Click on: INDEX OF CHOSEN POEMS to see the 1300+ poems chosen - a very impressive list!!
