Members of Knitwise, the U3A knitting group, work on their own projects but we also aim to improve skills by mastering new techniques and looking at alternative methods.

We meet twice monthly:

On the first Wednesday, 2.00-3.30pm, we have our technical session at Thimblestitch, the patchwork shop. This is when we look at new techniques and ways of improving our knitting skills. 

On the third Wednesday, 10.00-11.30am, we meet and have coffee and knit at the Beehive Café or the Honey Farm Café or in gardens in the summer.
