A new Local History Group has been formed, meeting on the third Friday of the month at 10.30. Meetings are currently being held in the Football Clubhouse, Mountbatten Park.

Local History won’t be restricted to Honiton but can cover the whole of the county. Members may do their own reading and give short talks to the group; this can be a joint or individual effort. If you want to do original research beyond looking at local history books, then this will be encouraged.
